Rehabilitation of existing 1973 modern residence. New landscaping, new terraced concrete entryway in the front yard leading to a new custom designed main entry door and side yard gates. The courtyard and backyard “play areas” were also improved with new landscaping and decks, a growing garden was created in the side yard.
